We understand quality assurance as a continuous process in which what is planned is compared with what has been achieved.
The basis is § 80 SGB XI on quality assurance, we subscribe to the common principles and standards for quality and quality assurance. Furthermore, we will apply all expert standards according to § 113 SGB XI.
Our quality management is based on the PDCA cycle, which is the foundation of the quality system in order to guarantee the continuous improvement process.
The quality is ensured by the instruments of internal and external quality assurance.
The medical service of the health insurance (MDK) controls the outpatient care services annually. In our 2017 quality check, we passed the
Top grade 1.0
for our work.
